BETTY LOU (BIGGS) DOUGLAS

BETTY LOU DOUGLAS,  88, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026. 
She was born in Martins Ferry, OH on November 7, 1937,  she was the daughter of the late Edward and Kathryn (Kiss) Briggs.
She was a retired switchboard operator at the former Sears.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Argyl Douglas, a daughter, Kathryn Reed and three brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by three sons, Chuck I.  (Laura) Douglas, Rick L. Douglas, both of Martins Ferry; Jimmy W. (Gena) Douglas, Huber Heights, OH.  She is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Keller Funeral Home, 615 Hanover Street, Martins Ferry, OH were friends will be received Sunday February 1, 2026 from 12 until 4 pm. and Monday 10 until time of service at 11 am with Justin Hill officiating.
Interment at Holly Memorial Gardens,  Pleasant Grove, OH. at a later date.
