BETTY WAIDE Obituary
BETTY I. (''PINKY'') WAIDE, 68, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away peacefully while in the company of family members on Sunday, October 22nd, 2017.
Pinky was born in Martins Ferry, OH on May 20, 1949, the daughter of the late Raymond Boyd and Betty Lee (Phillips) Rutan.
She was a member of the Martins Ferry American Legion Post # 38, Women's Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and Don; infant sister, Darlene.
She is survived by son, Johnny Ray Rutan; two daughters, Melissa Ann (Brent) Waide-Craft, Martins Ferry and Kimberley Sue (Darren) Emfield, Rayland, OH; brother, Terry Rutan, Martins Ferry; friend, Gordon Waide, Martins Ferry; six grandchildren, Johnny, Kasey, Chris; Merritt, Allison and Andrew. several niece's and nephew and three great-grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Keller Funeral Home, 615 Hanover Street, Martins Ferry where friends will be received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday October 25. 2017 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 with Rev. Tina Siroki officiating. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Liza's Place 308 Mt. St. Joseph's Road Wheeling, WV 26003 or donor's choice.
