BONNIE JEAN (HILKE) MICHAELS

BONNIE JEAN MICHAELS,  83, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away Sunday, January 4th, 2026 at her residence. 

She was born in Martins Ferry, OH on July 23, 1942,  she was the daughter of the late Elwood William and Virginia Fern (Scott) Hilke.

She was a retired teachers aide at Martins Ferry School System. She was a member of First Christian Church of Martins Ferry, OH.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Coy on December 20, 2025 and a brother, James Hilke.

She is survived by a daughter, Narae Lynn (Kenneth) Kryah, Shadyside, OH; two granddaughters, Lexie and Kayla Kryah.  

Arrangements have been entrusted to Keller Funeral Hone 615 Hanover Street where friends will be received Sunday 12-4 pm

Funeral service will be held Monday, January 12, 2026 at 1 pm with, Rod Kasler officiating. 

Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Christian Church, 710 So. Zane Highway Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
