CARL RICHARD SHEETS, JR.

CARL RICHARD SHEETS, JR., 67, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019.
He was born in Martins Ferry on December 8, 1951, a son of the late Carl Richard and Carolyn Elenor (Sells) Sheets.
He was a retired mail carrier at Martins Ferry Post Office. He was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was assigned to the CES Red Horse.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Susan; brother, Joseph.
In addition to his wife, Janet (Nagy) Sheets; he is survived by a daughter, Tina L. (Michael) Cunningham, Fredericksburg, VA; two sons, Carl R. (Brandy) Sheets III, Colerain, OH and Chad R. (April) Sheets, Drummonds, TN; two brothers, James and Jimmy; three sisters, Jan, Rosie and Kim; three grandsons, Race, Ryder and Michael; four granddaughters, Mikaela, MacKenzie, Emily and Miranda.
A memorial service will be announced and held at a later date.
