DOLORES DEFEDE Obituary
DOLORES JEAN DEFEDE, 88, of Yorkville, OH, passed away Wednesday, March 15th, 2017 while in the company of family members.
She was born in Martins Ferry, OH on July 29, 1928, the daughter of the late Albert and Josephine (Brehm) Dorsey.
Dolores was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Martins Ferry.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Samuel Lewis DeFede she was preceded in death by six brothers, Arthur, Raymond, Laurence, William, Elmer and Harry and a granddaughter, Samantha Leskovic.
She is survived by two sons, Mark S. DeFede, Butler, PA; Chad C. DeFede and his companion, Regina, St. Clairsville, OH; daughter, Dana J. (Neal) Leskovic, Butler, PA; sister, Joan M. Dorsey, Tiltonsville, OH; daughter, Susan E. DeFede, Yorkville, OH; three granddaughters, Christine L. DeFede, Yorkville, OH; Alison A. DeFede, Pittsburgh, PA and Elyse M. Leskovic, Butler, PA.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass was celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Monday March 20, 2017 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Tom Marut as the celebrant.
Interment followed at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Blaine, OH.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Church, 20 N. 4th, Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
