DONALD HOOD Obituary
DONALD H. HOOD, "HOODY", 75, of Martins Ferry, OH , passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018.
Don was born in Lansing, MI on October 25, 1942, a son of the late Maskery and Freda I (Long) Hood.
He was a retired employee of Turf Care Supply of Martins Ferry.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Richard; two brothers, James and Raymond and a grandson, Seth Hood.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann (Dennison) Hood; three sons, Todd (Monika) Hood, Wheeling, WV; Robert (Debbie) Hood, Bellaire, OH and Scott (Gina) Hood, Colerain, OH; two step daughters, Lori DelRiesgo, Columbus, OH and Nickole (Jamie) Schramm, Colerain, OH; brother, Jerry (Mary) Hood, Edgewater, FL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at the funeral home on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Henry Lewis officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to N.R.A. 11250 Waples Mill Road Fairfax, VA 22030.
