DOROTHY JUDAWN JEFFERS

DOROTHY JUDAWN JEFFERS, 92, of Bridgeport, Ohio , passed away Saturday, April 1st, 2017.
She was born in Roxboro, NC on April 18, 1924, a daughter of the late Percy and Pearl (Bumpus) Womack.
She was a member of Bethlehem Apostolic Temple of Wheeling, WV.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Curtis Jeffers; four sisters, Annie Ester Connally, Lillie
Williams, Gladys Black and Nannie McGhee.
She is survived by four daughters, Daisy (Andrew) Jones, Semora, NC; Dorothy (Charles) Williams, Bridgeport, OH; Percilla
(Richard) Speights, Bridgeport, OH; Lillie (Eugene) Gummer, Bridgeport, OH; two sons, Joseph (Gerri) Womack, Rockymount, NC;
Curtis (Belinda) Jeffers, FL; six sisters, Daisy Pearson; Pearl Irvin; Estella Myers; Lola Garland; Carolyn Brandon and Gracie Farmer
; three brothers, Percy Womack Jr.; Leroy Connally and Almacoy Womack. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight
great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was held at the Bethlehem Apostolic Temple, 330 N. Main Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. at 11 a.m. on Saturday,April 8th, 2017 with District Elder D. W. Cummings officiating.
Interment followed at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
