HEYWARD THOMAS BAZAR, 64, of Martins Ferry, OH , passed away Thursday, August 26th, 2021.
He was born in Martins Ferry, OH on October 11, 1956, a son of the late Raymond Eugene and Elsie Edwina (Long) Bazar.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Heidi Bazar.
In addition to his wife, Teena Marie (Crothers) he is survived by a son, Heyward T. Bazar, Jr; two brothers, Ray E. (Lori) Bazar, Jr., Port Clinton, OH; Chris A. Bazar, Rayland, OH; sister, Janice Imer, Martins Ferry, OH; two step-sons, Howard Blumenauer; Billie Blumenauer; step-daughter, Danielle Ray. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
