JACQUELINE EILEEN BRIGGS,76, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Friday, November 27, 2020.
She was born in Wheeling,WV on November 9,1944, she was the daughter of the late Jack Edward and Lydia Loretta (Mohney) Downing.
She was a registered nurse.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathy.
In addition to her husband, William, she is survived by two daughters, Eileen (Bruce) Mack, Shadyside OH; Lucy (Debbie) Beckett) , Lansing, OH; three granddaughters, Jessica, Lydia and Sarah; four grandsons, Michael, Brandon, Tommy and Jordan; great grandson, Carter.
Private visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Marshall County Animal Shelter at 37 Animal Shelter Drive, Moundsville, WV 26041
