JAMES McGEE, JR.

JAMES "FIBBER" McGEE, JR. , 81 of Martins Ferry, OH passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
Jim was born in Wheeling, WV on September 22, 1938, the son of the late James Harold and Pauline (Nichols) McGee.
He was a retired beer salesman for Valley Distributors and owner of the former Wine Shoppe in Bridgeport, OH. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Martins Ferry. He also served in the U.S. Coast Guard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Viola Jean (Schwender) McGee.
He is survived by daughter, Daina Wasserstrom, Granville, OH; son, James H. McGee, Orlando, FL; daughter, Lisa (Harry) Richards, Martins Ferry; granddaughter, Maggie Fekete, Hocking Hills, OH; three grandsons, Michael (Frederilka) Fekete, Hilton Head, SC; Dominic Tarantelli, Seattle, WA; Jacob Richards, Martins Ferry; great granddaughter, Freja Fekete, Hilton Head, SC; special niece, Kim Kinnison.
Arrangements are private at the convenience of the family.
