JAMES EDWARD RINKES

JAMES EDWARD RINKES, 54, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019 at his residence.
Jim was born in WV on April 9, 1964, the son of the late James and Mary Ann (Edwards) Rinkes.
He worked out of the WV Labor Hall, Elm Grove, WV. He was a member of Saint John's Lutheran Church of Martins Ferry.
In addition to his wife, Candace Lee (Vetanze) Rinkes he is survived by grandson, Joshua J. Vetanze, Martins Ferry; daughter, Cassandra Vetanze; granddaughter, Payden; grandson, Kolton; granddaughter, Maggie all of St. Clairsville, OH; three sisters, Arleen Duncan; Denise Flint and Michelle Rinkes.
Funeral service was held at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 with Rev. William O. Webster, Jr. officiating.
Interment followed in Belmont Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Clairsville, OH.
