JEAN POLLOCK Obituary
JEAN POLLOCK, 92, of Martins Ferry, OH , passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at her home.
Jean was born in Bridgeport, OH on March 14, 1925, daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Battocletti) Rizzi.
She was the owner of the former Ernie's Rosemont. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Martins Ferry.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Ernest J. Pollock she was preceded in death by an infant son, Jimmy; three brothers, Arthur, Frank and Victor: two sisters, Adeline Souillard and Elda Barcalow.
She is survived by son, Ernest J. (Robin) Pollock, Jr., Martins Ferry; daughter, Pamela J. (Dave) Mroczkowski, Hilton Head, SC; son, Michael A. (Jeff) Pollock, Phoenix, AZ; son, Thomas E. (Mark) Pollock, Wilton Manor, FL; daughter, Mary T. (Jeff) Doty, Baytown, TX; seven grandchildren, Jeanie, Lisa, Jason,; Ashley, Dana, Jeffrey and; Bryan; three great grandchildren, Trevor, Hunter and Brooklyn; sister-In-law, Theresa Remhof, Martins Ferry, OH.
Friends are invited to visitation at St. Mary's Church Friday, December 1, 2017 from 11 a.m. until time of a Funeral Liturgy with Mass at Noon with Rev. Tom Marut as the celebrant.
Interment will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Blaine, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Church, 20 N. 4th Street, Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
