JOHN MICHAEL MALLIS, 81, of Martins Ferry, OH , died Saturday, July 30th, 2016.

John was born in Martins Ferry, OH on December 1, 1934, son of the late Mike and Ethel (Mehelis) Mallis.

He was a retired Produce Manager at Krogers in Warwood, WV. He was a member of Greek Orthodox Church Of The Life-Giving Fountain, Martins Ferry. He served in the U.S. Marines.

John is survived by his wife, Carol Grace (Frederick); son, John (Brenda) Mallis, Wheeling, WV; two daughters, Deborah L. (Tom) Donley, Martins Ferry and Kimberly A. (Troy) Reidy, San Diego, CA; sister, Edna Pappas, Greensboro, NC; grandson, T. J. (Sherri) Donley; two granddaughters, Sarah and Faith Reidy.

A memorial service was held at the funeral home onThursday, August 4, 2016 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Michael Ziebarth officiating.
