JOHN RAY RUTAN, 53, Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
John was born in Bellaire, OH on August 23, 1968, the son of the late Betty (Rutan) Waide.
Surviving him are his two children from his first marriage with the late Tonya Weekley, son Johnny (Bobbi) Weekley, St. Clairsville, OH; daughter Kasey (David) Weekley, Bethesda, OH. Two adopted children from his second marriage to Patty Gooch, son Charlie (Lacey) Rutan and Ricky Rutan, both of Martins Ferry. two sisters, Melissa (Brent) Waide-Craft, Martins Ferry, OH; Kimberley (Darren) Emfield, Rayland, OH; step-father, Gordon Waide, Martins Ferry, OH. He is also survived by 2 nieces and one nephew and three grandchildren.
Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.
