JUDITH (JUDY) CAROL (BURNETT) MILLER

JUDITH CAROL MILLER, "JUDY" 85, of Martins Ferry, Ohio , passed away Tuesday, August 26th, 2025.

Judy was born in Wheeling, W. Va. on December 6, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Judston C. and Loretta A. (Wollenweber) Burnett.

She was a Customer service rep. at Citizens Savings Bank Martins Ferry, Ohio Retired. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church Martins Ferry, Ohio. A Volunteer Wheeling Hospital, Board Member of Wheeling Hospital Aux. She was a loved member of the Ohio River Valley Elks Lodge Martins Ferry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James T. and sister Emily L. Saseen.

She is survived by a brother, Donald W. Seth, Monectia, CA and Great Niece Emily Kranske of Wheeling, WV as well as several other nieces and nephews of West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Keller Funeral Home 615 Hanover St. Martins Ferry, OH. where friends will be received Sunday August 31st from 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 8pm.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry, OH. at 10 a.m. on , September 1, 2025, with Rev. Thomas Marut officiating as a celebrant.

Interment at Mount Calvary Cemetery Wheeling, WV on Tuesday September 2, 2025 at 12:00pm.
