MARGARET ANN (HORVATH) KURKO

MARGARET ANN KURKO, 95, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away peacefully at home, Sunday, April 13th, 2025.

She was born in Powhatan, OH on January 13, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Julius and Mary (Kuhn) Horvath.

She was a member of First Christian Church Martins Ferry, OH.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George; and a daughter, Jeanne Marie Kurko;

She is survived by a son, George J. (Shelly) Kurko, Jr., Martins Ferry, OH; four daughters, Ruth Ann Kurko, Lakeland, TN; Georgia Anne Kurko, Martins Ferry, OH; Marjorie K. (Peter) Jaworski, St. Clairsville, OH; Mary Jo Kurko, Las Cruces, NM; six grandchildren, Maggie, Anne, Sarah, Emily, Tiffany and; Riley; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Zoe, Eliza and Rebekah.

At the family's request there will be no visitation
