PAUL RICHARD BAKER, JR, "BIFF", 70, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019.
Paul was born in Martins Ferry on March 30, 1948, the son of the late Paul Richard and Margaret Jean (Fowler) Baker.
He was a retired rigger at the former Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Mingo Jct. Plant. He served in the U.S. Navy Reserves. Paul was also one of the founders of the Ohio Valley Street Survivors Car Club
In addition to his wife, Judy Ann (Apostolec) Baker, he is survived by son, Michael P. (Alicia) Baker; daughter, Heather R. Baker; brother, Charles (Becki) Baker; four sisters, Nancy (George) Balk, Janet (Calvin) Powers, Elisha Hamilton, all of Martins Ferry and Sandi (Mickey) Timko, Bridgeport, OH; granddaughter, Addison Baker; two grandsons, Coop Baker and Mason Baker, all of Martins Ferry; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was held at the funeral home Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 11 a.m. with Rev. William O. Webster, Jr. officiating.
Interment followed at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Charity of Choice.
