RICHARD THOMAS BELL, "RICH" 77, of Martins Ferry, OH , passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
Rich was born in Martins Ferry, OH on January 30, 1945, a son of the late William O and Elizabeth K (Fox) Bell.
He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry, OH. Rich attended St. Mary's Catholic School, St. John's High School and Ohio University.
He was a retired employee of the former Louis Marx Toy Factory
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert W. Bell
He is survived by his companion, Peggy Ullum of Moundsville, WV.
Services are private at the convenience of family.
At the family's request there will be no visitation and services at the convenience of the family.
