RICHARD LEWELLEN

RICHARD  LEWELLEN,  "DICK" 74, of  Martins Ferry, OH,  passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024. 
He was born in Wheeling, WV on May 24, 1950,  he was the son of the late Kenneth George and Dorothy Anna (Meeks) Lewellen.
He was a retired self employed marine mechanic.
He was a member of the Ionic Lodge #438 of Bellaire, OH.  He served in the US Navy.
In additions to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, James Howard Lewellen and a sister, Nancy Jane Roe.
He is survived by a son, Kenneth Charles Lewellen, Bellaire, OH and a daughter, Caitlin (John) Galatic of Pittsburgh, PA.
Friends will be received Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 12 noon until time of service at 1 pm, with Rev. Larry Lewis, officiating.

The Belmont Co. Veterans Association will give military honors at the funeral home at 12:45.
Interment will be held in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV on Monday.
