RUSSELL FOOSE Obituary
RUSSELL WILLIAM FOOSE, "BILL" 89, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019.
Bill was born in Wheeling, WV on April 16, 1929, a son of the late Russell Joseph and Wilma (Weimer) Foose.
He was a retired employee at Sledd Co. Wheeling, WV; Bellaire City Schools and Weimer Packing Co. He was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Foose
In addition to his wife, Linda (Edmunds) he is survived by a sister, Joyce (Robert) Avers, Pickerington. OH; several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at the funeral home at the convenience of the family.
