SAMUEL CLIFFORD MOORE, IV, 48, of Martins Ferry, OH , passed away Friday, May 14th, 2021.
Sam was born in Martins Ferry, OH on May 11, 1973, he was the son of the late Samuel Clifford and Susan Kay (Shue) Moore who survives him of Martins Ferry, OH.
He was a member of First Christian Church Martins Ferry, OH.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Carolyn D. Moore of Martins Ferry; two brothers, Richard A. Moore, Martins Ferry and Johnathon L. Moore of Wintersville, OH.
Interment private at convenience of the family in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
