SHARON RUTH PHILLIPS, 61, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018.
She was born in Sewickley, PA on May 2, 1957, the daughter of the late Grant Troutman and Faye (Andrews) Beck.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Nelson Phillips; three sons, Robert, Harold and James Hoge. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Services are private at the convenience of family.
