TERRY RUTAN Obituary
TERRY LEE RUTAN, 65, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021 at his residence in Wheeling, WV.
He was born in Martins Ferry, on September 16, 1955, the son of the late Raymond Boyd and Betty Lee (Phillips) Rutan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and Don; two sisters, Betty (Pinky) Waide and an infant sister, Darlene.
He is survived by a daughter, Crystal Rutan; son, Terry Rutan; numerous nieces and nephews; former wife, Dawn Pavelkey. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Services are private at the convenience of family.
