WILLIAM OSCEOLA WEBSTER, SR., 92, of St. Clairsville, OH, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018.
He was born in Elizabeth, NJ, on June 21, 1925, the son of the late Frank Osceola and Martha (Davis) Webster.
He was a retired land surveyor for Bridgewater Twp. NJ. He was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church Martins Ferry, OH. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII.
In addition to his wife, Margaret Mary (Mangione) Webster he is survived by two sons, Rev. William O. (Linda) Webster, Jr., Martins Ferry, OH; Mark A. (Sue Ann) Webster, Garner, NC; two sisters, Martha W. Mulder, Pennington, NJ; Mary Lou W. (Charles) Johnson, Nokomis, FL; two granddaughters, Sarah (Jeffrey) Quinn, Espyville, PA; Rachel (Mads) Klausen, Copenhagen, Denmark; three grandsons, Matthew (MaryJoanna) Webster, New York City, NY; Dylan Webster, Garner, NC; Taylor Webster, Garner, NC; two great-grandchildren, Margrette Jean Klausen; William Klausen.
Visitation will be held at the Grace Presbyterian Church, 7 N. 4th Street, Martins Ferry on Monday, February 26, 2018, from 11 until time of service at 2 p.m. with his son, Rev. William O. Webster,, Jr. officiating.
Interment will be held at the National Cemetery of The Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Presbyterian Church, 7 N. 4th Street, Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
Belmont Co. Veterans Association will give Military Honors at the church at 11 a.m.
